The Polar Express

We were watching The Polar Express last night - a beautiful film about a boy's journey on a magical train journey to the North Pole.  He no longer believes - until he sees for himself...

It's so easy to decide that we do or don't believe something and make a decision based on our thoughts...
A line near the end of the film particularly resonated with me.  The conductor says "The thing to remember with trains, is not where they're going, it's deciding to get on"...

In the film, I enjoyed the journey to the North Pole more than when the characters arrived.  This made me think about life in general - enjoying the journey is as important (and sometimes more) as the destination...
